Meet The Sisters

Jessee prefers to keep a low-profile. On top of recording and editing the pod, she’s a lawyer and devoted cat-guardian. She firmly believes that snacks are the most important element of any movie-watching experience. Jessee wants to talk about goofy movies and foreign films, and eat Raisinets.

Frankee is a doctoral candidate in Modern Eastern European history, which may or may not inform her selection of movies for the pod. Time will tell. She’ll leverage her intellectual prowess to class up low-brow movies, but promises to goof up high-brow movies in equal measure. Frankee plans to serve up plenty of arthouse cinema picks, although she’s seen Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping an unspeakable number of times. She contains multitudes, okay? 

Annee studied film and media, spent some time as an archaeologist, and is now thrilled to return to the magical world of movies. After hosting a college radio show for four years, she’s happy to be back on-air. She has a special place in her heart for the ancient world, so, if she references Greek myths too much, please don’t hold it against her. Annee hopes to be a wildcard about her movie selections.
